Family-2-Family
In this photo is our soldier,
her sister and Grandma, who was a base courier in WWII. Serving runs in
the family.
Service members will tell you that although a
deployment is hard on them.... it's even harder on their families. We
know how hard it was on us when our daughter was deployed. If it were
not for other military families being our friends, it would have been
even harder.
This page is about celebrating and uplifting those who have to be
mother / father to children while the other parent is gone. It is about
the Mom or Dad of a service member who wakes up in the wee hours to
shed tears of concern and saying prayers for the safety of their child
in uniform. It's about all of us who are so proud to be the
family of someone who has volunteered to wear the uniform of the United
States Armed Forces.
